16 Temmuz 1893 tarihli onaylı mazbata suretiyle, memuriyet kaleminin 4 Mart 1898 tarihli cevabı ve mesâlih-i cariyye kitabeti ne tayin tarihi, kitabetten ayr ılışı, işinde ki meziyeti Ankara vilayetinin 3 Ekim 1896 tahrirât cevab ıyla K ırşehir meclis-i idaresinin 30 Aral ık 1885 tarihli onayl ı mazbata suretinden anla şılmıştır. Do ğum tarihi ve doğum yeri Osmanlı nüfus tezkiresinin rütbe tarihleri rüûsu hümayunlarının onaylı suretlerinden anla şılmış, belirtilen evrak tercüme-i hâli evrak ıyla birlikte muhafaza edilmi ştir. Mesâlih-i câriyye kitabetinden ayr ılış sebebine dair olan tahrirâttan elde edilen bilgi Ankara vilayetinin belirtilen cevab ında yaz ılı bulunmuştur. (31 Ocak 1907). Rıza Bey’in 24 A ğustos 1905 tarihinden 14 Nisan 1906 tarihine kadar ilk olarak bin iki yüz kuru ş maa şla K ırşehir sanca ğı reji müdüriyetinde sonra da 24 Nisan 1909 tarihinden 30 Aral ık 1911 tarihine kadar be ş yüz kuru ş maaşla belediye başkanlığında istihdâm olunmu ştur.
