201 13 Rebiü'l-evvel 1310 tarihinde Teke Sancağı mutasarrıflığına nakl eylemiştir. Teke Sancağı ormanları hakkındaki kanuna aykırı çalışmaları ve tahribat işlerinde dahli ve orman meclisi memurlarının görevlerini yerine getirmede zorluk çıkaran hareketleri görülmesi ve orman ihalelerine karıştırılan fesada ortak olması anlaşılması ve karışıklıktan haberdar olmasına rağmen önem vermemesi üzerine 16 Şevval 1311'de azl edilmiştir. ( Ayrıntılı bilgi için bak Sicill-i Ahval Defteri 4/ 442)14 Receb 1312'de Berat'a nakl, sene-i merkume Ramazanı'nın ilk günü becayiş suretiyle Trablusşam, 20 Ramazanda becayiş suretiyle Bolu sancakları mutasarrıflıklarına nakl buyurulmuştur. Kozan mutasarrıfı iken Ermeni eşkıyasının toplanmasının men'ine dair arzusu dikkat çekmiştir. Teke mutasarrıflığında bulunduğu sırada katil ve sanıkları, suçluları yakalamalarındaki çalışmaları ve önceden Antalya'ya sevk olunan göçmenlerin uygun biçimde yerleştirilmelerindeki çalışmaları memnuniyet yaratmıştır. "14 Receb 1312'de Berat Sancağı mutasarrıflığına tayin ve sene-i merkume Ramazanının ilk günü becayiş suretiyle Trablusşam ve 20 Ramazan 1313'de Bolu Sancakları mutasarrıflıklarına nakl buyurulmuştur. Bolu Sancağı'nda iken Akçaşehir şose yolundan dolayı ortaya çıkan arbede ile adliye mahkemeleri işlemlerine müdahale ettiği ve bazı tutukluların firar meseleleri ve serbest bırakılmaları gibi pek çok olaya sebep olmuştur. ( Ayrıntılı bilgi için SAD 4/442-43) Bahsedilen konularda müşarünileyhin sorumlu olduğu ve muhâkemesini gerektirdiği beyan olunmuştur. Bolu Sancağı'nda bedelât-ı nakdiyenin ve vilâyete müretteb mebâliğin tanzîmât-ı harbiye tertîbinin muavinden evvel tahsîli ve orman hariklerinin itfâsı ve katillerin elde edilmesi ve kaçakçıların şakî-i meşhûr Mustafa'nın derdesti ve Aydın Vilâyeti hareket için arz-ı cem'i ve Ereğli Mâden-i humâyûnu amelesinin tertîbiyle i'zâmı hususlarındaki ikdâm ve gayreti şâyân-ı takdîrdir."
