Life and register readings

Mehmet Tevfik Efendi was born in Erzincan into the İslam community. The schooling was at Medrese, the Islamic college. Mehmet Tevfik began work in 1867/68 (AH 1284), on a first salary of 40 kuruş. The annual lists begin in 1867/68, with Mehmet Tevfik as Ruznamçe kalemi memuru and no place named.
