282 21 Şevval 1314 tarihinde becayişen Ayvalık kaymakamlığına nakl edilmiştir. (BOA SAD 4/790) Muş Sancağı mutasarrıflığına muktedir, sadık, seci' ve gerektiğinde İslâm-ı rüesa ve meşihıyine Ermenilere meşayih icrâsı zımnında sancak dâhilinde her tarafı devr edebilecek faâl bir zata hızla ihtiyaç duyulması üzerine 29 Muharrem 1317 tarihinde Muş kaymakamlığına tayin kılınmışdır.(BOA SAD 4/790) Livanın idaresinde cerbeze ve iktidarı haiz olmadığından 3 Ramazan 1317 tarihinde Genc Sancağı mutasarrıflığına nakl edilmiştir. Hazineye yük olmaksızın yardımla bir hükumet konağıyla bir hastahane ve su yolları inşasına muvaffak olmuştur. Mahallin havası ve insanlarıyla uyum sağlayamadığından memuriyetin değişimini istemesinden dolayı 10 Receb 1321 tarihinde Dıraç Sancağı mutasarrıflığına nakl buyurulmuştur.Görevini iyi biçimde yerine getirerek güvenliğin sağlanmasında ve yolların hızla düzenlenip inşaatın tamamlanmasında gayretleri olmuştur. 19 Rebiü'l-âhir 1322 tarihinde Berat Sancağı mutasarrıflığına nakl buyurulmuştur. Görevindeki başarısı sadakati ve güvenliğin sağlanmasında ve kendisinden öncekilerden hayli fazlasıyla tahsilat icrasında başarılı olmuştur. 26 Zilhicce 1326 tarihinde Kozan Sancağı mutasarrıflığına tayin buyurulmuştur. Vazifesini yerine getirmesi adalet ve eşitlik kurallarına riayet etmesi ve sağlanmasındaki çalışmalarıyla herkesin memnuniyetini kazanmıştır. 21 Muharrem 1328 tarihinde Malatya Sancağı mutasarrıflığına nakl edilmiştir. 18 Haziran 327 tarihinden izinli olarak Dersaâdet'e gitmiş ve 1 Ağustos 327 tarihinden itibaren emekliliği icra kılınmıştır. (BOA SAD 4/791) 63; 283 Mudanya hükûmet konağının inşasındaki hizmetlerinden dolayı 28 Zilhicce 1310 tarihinde terfian rütbe-i sâniye sınıf-ı mütemâyizi tevcih buyurulmuştur. 1317 tarihinde rütbe-i ulâ sınıf-ı sânisi ve ikinci rütbeden Mecidî nişanı tevcih buyurulmuştur. Tab' u neşrine muvaffak olduğu "Delîl-i Hacc"( "Hasan Fehmi Kethüda-zade Elhac, İstanbul, 1327(1911)" Seyfettin Özege, Eski Harflerle Basılmış ..., cilt 1, s.259)adlı eseri vardır. "Mebâdi-yi Hukuk-ı Umûmiye-i Düvel"(Çev: Hasan Fehmi Kethüdazade, İstanbul, Şirket-i Tab'iye Matbaası, 1297(1880)" Seyfettin Özege, aynı eser, C. 2, s. 590) adıyla Mösyö Potiva'nın Fransızca yazdığı eserini Türkçe'ye tercüme ederek, tab' ve neşr etmiştir.
