The life

Mehmed Şevki Efendi was born in Malatya in 1852/53 (AH 1269). Schooling included Malatya Cami-i Kebir Medresesi; İstanbul Süleymaniye Dökmeci-yi Sani Medresesi; Mekteb-i Mülkiye (diploma). The language repertoire included Arabic and Turkish.^[source]
