The life
Seyyid Ali Efendi was born in Kemah in 1854/55 (AH 1271), within the İslam community. Schooling included Sıbyan ve Rüştiye mektepleri. The language repertoire included Persian and Turkish. [1]
The first place of work was Kemah. Service included Kadı yardımcısı in Ovacık (1877/78 (AH 1294)). Later posts included Kadı yardımcısı in Bulanık (1880/81 (AH 1298)), Kadı yardımcısı in Trabzon (1883/84 (AH 1301)) and Kadı yardımcısı in Midyat (1890/91 (AH 1308)). [1]
