Life and register readings
İbrahim Mesud Bey was born in Gelibolu; the father's occupation was "Redif Livası Kumandanı (mütekait)". Work began in Istanbul in 1904/05 (AH 1322), on a first salary of 100 kuruş. The first annual entry, for 1904/05, places İbrahim Mesud in Istanbul as Orman ve Maâdin ve Ziraat Nezareti memuru. İbrahim Mesud then moved to Acre (Akka) from 1906 to 1909.
