291 İslimiye Sancağı mutasarrıflığında Rusların istilâsında o sırada genel kumandan olan Müşir Rauf Paşa nezdine varmasından doğan bazı ağrazdan dolayı infisal etmiş ise de sonradan icra kılınan incelemede berâit-i zimmetine karar verilmiştir. Aleyhinde vuku bulan şikâyet ve düşmanın sınırdan içeriye girdiğine dair zabıtaca kendisine verilen acil haber üzerine gereğince müşarünileyh nezdine gidib müzâkereden sonra asker ve top alıp dönmesinden kaynaklanan hizmet ve hareketleri olmuştur. Preveze mutasarrıflığına memuriyeti dahi berâit-i zimmetine delil kâfi görünmüştür. 9 Cemâziye'l-evvel 1312'de Berat Sancağı mutasarrıflığına nakl buyurulmuş, ancak hastalığından dolayı Berat'a gidemediğinden yerine digeri tayin olunmuştur. 28 Zilkâde 1312'de mazuliyet maaşı tahsis olunmuştur.
