Ömer Hilmi Efendi

The life of Ömer Hilmi Efendi began in Kemaliye (Eğin). The annual lists begin in 1868/69 (AH 1285), with Ömer Hilmi as müceddeden nakil and no place named. The lists have no entry for 1869 to 1888. The annual lists then follow Ömer Hilmi to Konya, Istanbul, Kastamonu and Trabzon, four places in seven years. The last post was in Adana in 1896/97.
