Mehmed Necmeddin Efendi

The life of Mehmed Necmeddin Efendi began in Istanbul in 1873/74 (AH 1290); the father's occupation was "Şeyhülislam". The personnel record dates the first work in Istanbul to 1890/91, after the first annual entry. The first annual entry, for 1878, names Mehmed Necmeddin as Ruus maaşı (Maaş kaydı), with no place. The lists have no entry for 1878 to 1890. Next came Istanbul from 1890 to 1906.
