Life and register readings
The life of RIFAT SALİH BEY began in Varna in 1862/63 (AH 1279). Work began in 1894/95, at about 32, on a first salary of 1,350 kuruş. The first annual entry, for 1901/02, places RIFAT SALİH in Cizre as Kaymakam vekili. The lists have no entry for 1904 to 1906. From 1906 to 1910 the annual entries place RIFAT SALİH in Mürefte.
