Life and register readings
The life of MEHMED ALĠ RAġĠD EFENDĠ began in Gaziantep (Antep) in 1814/15 (AH 1230). MEHMED ALĠ RAġĠD EFENDĠ began work in Istanbul in 1840/41, at about 25.
