Life and register readings
Mustafa Rüşdü Bey was born in Afyonkarahisar (Karahisar-ı Sahib). The first annual entry, for 1891/92 (AH 1309), names Mustafa Rüşdü as Kilepazarı Rüsumat kâtibi, with no place. Next came Bolvadin in 1892/93, then a return to Afyonkarahisar, the birthplace, from 1894 to 1904. At the same time, from 1896/97, the lists also place Mustafa Rüşdü in Bolvadin as Ziraat Bankası Sandığı muhasebe kâtip vekili. Alongside, the lists for 1905 to 1907 give a second post, in Bolvadin as Ziraat Bankası Sandığı muhasebe kâtibi. The lists have no entry for 1907 to 1909. The last post was in Sandıklı in 1909/10.
