The life
Turhan Hüsnü Beğ was born in Tırhala in 1845/46 (AH 1262). Schooling included Yanya medreseleri; Zusime Rum Mektebi; Atina Hukuk Mektebi. The language repertoire included French, Italian, Rum (as recorded) and Turkish. [1]
Service began in Istanbul (Dersaadet) in 1866/67 (AH 1283).
