Life and register readings
The life of Nuri Efendi began in Skopje (Üsküp) in 1875/76 (AH 1292); the father's occupation was "Kosova Vilayeti Yazı İşleri müsevvidi". Nuri began work in Skopje in 1885/86, at about 11.
