Life and register readings
Ömer Lütfi Efendi was born in Bosna ve Hersek in 1891/92 (AH 1309). The first annual entry, for 1905/06, names Ömer Lütfi as Tunca Nehri Kanal Ameliyatı geçici kondüktörü, with no place. Alongside, the lists for 1905 to 1910 give a second post, in Edirne as Vilayet kondüktörü. The last entry, for 1910/11, names Ömer Lütfi as Üçüncü sınıf vilayet kondüktörü, with no place. In place of a title the lists give Mazuliyet for 1909/10.
