Life and register readings
Spiraki Floksinidis Efendi was born in Bursa in 1861/62 (AH 1278); the father's occupation was "Eski Adakale memuru". At about 19, in 1880/81, Spiraki Floksinidis began work in Belgrade (Belgrad), on a first salary of 180 kuruş. The annual lists begin in 1880/81, with Spiraki Floksinidis as Adakale memurluğu kâtibi ve tercümanı and no place named. For 1884 to 1886 the lists have no entry. The lists give Infisal for 1895/96 instead of a title.
