Life#
Born in Adapazarı in 1891/92 (AH 1309), Mehmet Cemal Efendi came from the Muslim (Müslüman) community; the father was an official (memur). Mehmet Cemal was taught by a private teacher and held a qualification (a diploma, certificate, training or decoration).
