Mustafa Sadık Vicdani Efendi was born in Safranbolu in 1866/67 (AH 1283), within the İslam community. The father’s occupation was Ziraat Bankası Kastamonu şubesi meclis-i idare reisi. Schooling included Sıbyan mektebi; Kastamonu Rüşdiyesi. The language repertoire included Turkish. [1]
