Life and register readings
Mustafa Sadık Vicdani Efendi was born in Safranbolu in 1866/67 (AH 1283), into the İslam community, and the father's occupation was "Ziraat Bankası Kastamonu şubesi meclis-i idare reisi". Work began in Kastamonu in 1879/80, at about 14. The first annual entry, for 1879/80, places Mustafa Sadık Vicdani in Kastamonu as istinaf mahkemesi kalemi mülazımı. Next came Skopje (Üsküp), Basra and Bitola (Manastır) from 1900 to 1909. At the same time, from 1908 to 1910, the lists also place Mustafa Sadık Vicdani in Trabzon as vilayet mektupçusu (becayiş).
