Life and register readings
Mehmed Nasuh Bey was born in Shkodër (İşkodra) in 1865/66 (AH 1282). At about 18, in 1883/84, Mehmed Nasuh began work in Durrës (Dıraç), on a first salary of 250 kuruş.
