Life and register readings
Kirkor Efendi was born in Harput in 1872/73 (AH 1289). Work began in 1897/98, at about 25, on a first salary of 200 kuruş. The annual lists begin in 1897/98, with Kirkor as Ziraat Bankası şubesi ambar memuru and no place named. Alongside, the lists for 1905/06 give a second post, in Keban as Ziraat Bankası sandığı muhasebe kâtibi. The lists give Infisal for 1897/98 and 1900 to 1902 instead of a title.
