Süleyman Hıfzı Efendi

The father of Süleyman Hıfzı Efendi was a deputy judge (naip). The annual lists begin in 1884/85 (AH 1302), with Süleyman Hıfzı as a district governor (Kaymakam) in Kavala. For 1885 to 1887 the lists have no entry. Süleyman Hıfzı then moved to Veles in 1887/88 and Kriva Palanka in 1896/97. The lists have no entry for 1888 to 1896.
