(BOA SAD 2/384); ¹⁵⁷ 23 Rebiü'l-evvel 1309'da Hille sancağı mutasarrıflığına nakl ve aynı sene Cemâziye'l-evvelinin 28'inde Muş mutasarrıflığında bulunmuştur. 16 Safer 1310'da ikinci defa Mardin mutasarrıflığına tayin olunmuştur. 12 Rebiü'l-âhir 1313'de sekiz dokuz aydan beri vekalette bulunduğu Diyarbekir Vilâyeti valiliğine tayin buyurulmuştur. ( BOA SAD 2/384) 1315 senesinde Basra, 27 Safer 1318'de Haleb Vilayetleri valiliklerine tayin buyurulmuştur. Kötü idaresinden dolayı azl ile yerine digeri tayin buyurulmuştur. ( BOA SAD 2/385); ¹⁵⁹ Mardin mutasarrıflığına tayiniyle uhdesine terfîan Rumeli Beylerbeyi pâyesi tevcîh ve 26 Şevvâl 1311'de ikinci rütbeden Osmanî nişanı ihsan ve 4 Cemâziye'l-evvel 1316'da birinci rütbeden Mecidî nişanı ihsan buyurulmuştur.
