Life and register readings

The life of Süleyman Sırrı Efendi began in Kars. The annual lists begin in 1884/85 (AH 1302), with Süleyman Sırrı as Bayezit Rüsumat Müdürlüğü kâtibi and no place named, with a rise to customs official (Rüsumat Memuru) in 1885/86. Süleyman Sırrı then moved to Ağrı in 1890/91, then a post with no place named from 1891 to 1896. The last post was in Ağrı again in 1896/97.
