The life
Mikail Efendi was born in Erzincan, within the Hristiyan community. The father’s occupation was Tüccar. Schooling included Erzincan Ermeni mektebi; muallim-i mahsus. The language repertoire included Arabic, Armenian, Persian and Turkish. [1]
Service began in Hoyr memlehası in 1887/88 (AH 1305). Service included memleha katibi (geçici) in Hoyr memlehası (1887/88 (AH 1305)). Later posts included memleha katibi (geçici) in Namırvan memlehası (1888/89 (AH 1306)), memleha katibi ve memuru (geçici) in Vartek memlehası (1889/90 (AH 1307)) and üçüncü sınıf polis komiseri in Erzincan (1895 to 1897 (AH 1313 to 1314)). Entries later return to Erzincan, the recorded birthplace. [1]
