İsmail Hakkı Efendi

İsmail Hakkı Efendi was born in Bursa in 1859/60 (AH 1276), into the İslam community, and the father's occupation was "Hükümet odacıbaşılarından mütekaid". At about 20, in 1879/80, İsmail Hakkı began work in Bursa.
