Mustafa Hulusi Efendi

The life of Mustafa Hulusi Efendi began in Varna in 1871/72 (AH 1288). Mustafa Hulusi began work in Edirne in 1896/97, at about 25, on a first salary of 500 kuruş. The first annual entry, for 1896/97, places Mustafa Hulusi in Edirne as Vilayet maiyet memuru, where the entries run to 1899/1900. Alongside, the lists for 1899/1900 give a second post, in a post with no place named as Görevin sona ermesi. Alongside, the lists for 1899/1900 give a second post, in Muradiye as Bargiri kaymakamı. Mustafa Hulusi then moved to Şemdinli (Şemdinan) and Ladik from 1900 to 1904. Alongside, the lists for 1909 to 1911 give a second post, in Lezhë as Leş kaymakamı. The last posts were in Akçaabat in 1911 and Vize in 1911/12. The lists give Infisal for 1902/03, İstifa (resignation) for 1906/07 and Azil (dismissal) for 1911/12 instead of a title.
