The life

Mehmed Kazım Bey was born in Istanbul (Dersaadet) in 1863/64 (AH 1280). The father’s occupation was Suriye vilayeti tahrir ve vergi müdürü. Schooling included Bursa Sıbyan Mektebi; rüşdiye; Selanik medresesi. The language repertoire included Turkish.^[1]
