Life and register readings
The life of İbrahim Kazım Efendi began in Tokat in 1868/69 (AH 1285); the father's occupation was "Nahiye vergi kâtibi". The first annual entry, for 1879/80, places İbrahim Kazım in Tokat, the birthplace, as Rüşdiye diploması, where the entries run to 1895/96. For 1880 to 1895 and 1896 to 1899 the lists have no entry.
