Life and register readings
The life of Mehmet Sadık Efendi began in Kütahya in 1877/78 (AH 1294); the father's occupation was "Uşak Kazası eski Tahrir-i Vergi kâtibi". Mehmet Sadık began work in 1890/91, at about 14.
