Life and register readings
Born in Bursa in 1870/71 (AH 1287), Mehmed Fuad Bey came from the İslam community. Work began in 1889/90, at about 19. The first annual entry, for 1889/90, names Mehmed Fuad as Mulazemet, with no place, with a rise to in 1897/98. The lists give Vefat (death) for 1901/02 instead of a title.
