Life and register readings
SEYİT HIDIR FAHRİ was born in Kirkuk (Kerkük) in 1868/69 (AH 1285). The schooling was at a school for young children (Sıbyan Mektebi). HIDIR FAHRİ began work in 1884/85, at about 16. The first annual entry, for 1884/85, names HIDIR FAHRİ as mülazım (stajyer), with no place. For 1885 to 1888 the lists have no entry.
