The last entry, for 1905/06, names ÖMER LÜTF İ İ as Telgraf ve posta müdürü, with no place. In all, 12 places on two continents, a number reached by only 19 of the 6,605 officials with a place of service. The farthest post, Manakhah, lay about 2,950 km from Afyonkarahisar, and 20 of the 5,339 officials with a known birthplace and place of service served as far from the birthplace.
