Life#
Hüseyin Hüsnü Efendi was born in Enez (İnoz) in 1881/82 (AH 1299) into the Muslim (Müslüman) community. Schooling took seven years, at a middle school (Rüşdiye Mektebi); Hüseyin Hüsnü also held a qualification (a diploma, certificate, training or decoration).
Work began in Samokov (Samakov) in 1902/03, at about 20, paid from the start, on 150 kuruş a month. The annual lists begin in 1902/03, with Hüseyin Hüsnü as an official for written correspondence (Muharrerat Memuru) in Demirköy (Samakovcuk). The last posts were in Xanthi in 1903/04, as a transport official (Nakliye Memuru) and Feres (Ferecik) in 1904/05.
