Life#
AHMET KEMAL EFENDİ was born in Istanbul in 1882/83 (AH 1300) into the Muslim (Müslüman) community; the father was an official (memur). Schooling took seven years, at a middle school (Rüşdiye Mektebi); AHMET KEMAL also held a qualification (a diploma, certificate, training or decoration).
