Life#
MEHMET EMİN EFENDİ was born in Istanbul in 1881/82 (AH 1299) into the Muslim (Müslüman) community. Schooling took seven years, at a middle school (Rüşdiye Mektebi); MEHMET EMİN also held a qualification (a diploma, certificate, training or decoration).
