Life#
Mehmet Necip Bey was born in Bergama in 1872/73 (AH 1289), into the Muslim (Müslüman) community. Schooling took seven years, at a middle school (Rüşdiye Mektebi); Mehmet Necip also held a qualification (a diploma, certificate, training or decoration).
