Life#
İSMAİL HAKKI EFENDİ was born in Istanbul in 1884/85 (AH 1302) into the Muslim (Müslüman) community; the father's occupation was "Alay". Schooling took nine years, at a preparatory secondary school (İdadi Mektebi); İSMAİL HAKKI also held a qualification (a diploma, certificate, training or decoration).
